Our Story

Being members of organizations can produce magical stories. Being affiliated with a fraternity or sorority isn't necessarily about the stories of late night fun and shenanigans you hear about. It many cases affiliation within these organizations can create wonderful life long bonds between people. This was the case for Betty and Carlos.

Betty and Carlos knew of one another from previous functions but they never really engaged in any meaningful conversations. That all changed one cool evening in 2007.

Carlos was drawn by Betty's gravitational pull. He was instinctively engulfed by her charisma and kindness. Interestingly enough, Betty wasn't necessarily aware that Carlos had any interest in her at all. As a matter fact, Betty was under the impression that this new found attention aimed in her direction was for her friend and not for her.

As time progressed, the both of them found themselves sharing mutual friends which allowed them to see each other more often. Over a period of time it was evident to everyone in their group that they indeed had a mutual interest for one another.

Betty and Carlos officially started dating shortly after and spent 3 beautiful years developing a bond. The bond was secured when Carlos and Betty were married on July 18, 2009 marking their 3rd year anniversary as boyfriend and girlfriend.
